Start your review of Roy’s at Pebble Beach. Mixed experiences. Went for breakfast and they were out of bagels for the bagels & lox plate. Seriously? Who doesn’t have bagels at 9:00 a.m. on a weekday morning? Then they wanted to charge me full price. I had to request they deduct the bagels I never got. However, dinner was superb.
