Bottom line, Intelliloan has done nothing but over promiss and under deliver. Continually stroking me through this entire process for 3 months only to have nothing ever accomplished.

From the start Intelliloan, called me several times, almost to the point of harrassment. Eventually, I gave them the opportunity to start a refinance for me. This ended up being one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. Initially they quoted my rate as 3.625% and assured me that it did not need to be locked.
