How do I get a refund on my Gautrain card?
Refunds valued between R1 and R1500 may be applied for at www.gautrain.co.za • Refunds valued at over R1500 must be applied for by completing a refund application form at any Gautrain station. A copy of customer ID and a bank statement should be provided with the refund application.
