How often should you deep condition transitioning hair?
At the bare minimum, we recommend deep conditioning every two weeks. If you have any kind of damaged, dry, brittle hair or if you are transitioning then aim for deep conditioning once to twice a week. Yes really, once to twice a week! The deep conditioner should be left in your hair for at least 20-40 minutes.
Is Creme of Nature good for transitioning hair?
Argan Oil is also good for dry hair, and you can also use it to oil your scalp, an important part of transitioning from relaxed to natural hair. The Creme of Nature Argan Oil Intensive Conditioning Treatment also makes your hair very soft and manageable — great for when you’re detangling your hair before styling!
Do you deep condition before or after shampoo?
When using a deep conditioner: Always shampoo hair first. Deep conditioning works much better on clean hair. Apply conditioner starting at the ends, and work it up toward the scalp.

Does relaxed hair grow faster than natural hair?
